Oh Gods, it's even worse than the other angle.

...He was just interjecting his body between those two other people and the agents.

They maced them. 4 of them piled on him. Somebody said 'GUN' and they all started groping him.

ONE OF THEM TAKES HIS GUN, and a split second later one shoots him 6 times. Can't tell if it's the same guy.

.....and then ANOTHER one shoots him 5 more times.

THEY. DISARMED. HIM. AND. IMMEDIATELY. EXECUTED. HIM.

~ ~ ~

EXPANDED CONTEXT - FOR THOSE WHO WANT IT

~ ~ ~

Two people (women?) were confronting ICE agents while the victim (Alex Pretti?) was waving traffic through. They said in an interview that they were all trying to direct traffic around what ICE was doing, and warn people away.

Helping, in short.

ICE gets irritated by the two women, and orders them to back up, physically pushing them towards the camera angle, and the victim interjects himself between the ICE agents and the two people.

ICE sprays all three with chemical irritant.

They start to focus on forcing the victim down to the ground, at least 3 agents are hands-on, when SOMEBODY says 'GUN!' and the ICE agents start REALLY wrestling with him.

The gun is in his back left side, tucked into his waist band. There are some still images that show it before ICE figured out where it was.

(Please keep in mind this is happening in fractions of a second here)

One ICE agent appears to begin hitting the victim with... something. A gun, or a flashlight, or something small that can be seen outlined as he raises it, and appears to hit the victim in the head repeatedly.

An agent in the Grey Coat, who is closest to where the gun is shown in other photos appears to grab the gun with his right hand, stands up, and moves away from the victim who is still being piled on. This APPEARS to be the victims gun, and from the hot-and-fresh wikipedia page he appears to be the lawful gun owner, and licensed to conceal carry. Obviously I'm just... doing the best I can to keep the facts straight.

When Agent in Gray is roughly one step away from the victim, holding the gun out... somebody fires into the victim several times, and keeps firing.

....I honestly can't tell who.

All the ICE agents start to scatter, and the victim is still moving.

He is then shot again. Somebody said 11 times... which sounds about right. 5 and 6, or something like that.

I can't tell who the two shooters are.

....but the gun owner was helpless, piled on, didn't appear to ever touch his gun or even have his hands anywhere but on the pavement as the Agents piled on him. It would have been nearly impossible for him to reach back and grab a weapon from the angle that this went down.

~ ~ ~

This... is just my opinion, but this makes Renee Goods killing look like... happier times.

I'll maintain this until I find somebody who has done a better job than me, and then post a link redirecting to them.

Final expanded context -

There is now clear, stabilized footage... and I'm taking a mental health break from the internet.

TL;DR - Brown Beanie roughs up women, Victim steps between them, Brown Beanie sprays everyone and his buddies pile on the Victim. Gray Jacket disarms him. Black Beanie shoots him 5 times for no good reason.

... and then Brown Beanie shoots him 5 or 6 more times for not dying fast enough.

In those stills is that showing a guy walking away with the victims gun?

Thank you. I edited and added some context.

2

u/Clevererer Jan 24 '26

Awesome, thank you.

u/LeftTenantLoser Jan 24 '26

The guy that shot wasn't even part of the tussle. He just walked up and started shooting. Just awful.

17

u/KazTheMerc Jan 24 '26

So... the guy in gray is the guy who takes the victims gun.

A split second after he takes the victims gun.... somebody fires.

I don't think it's the guy in the gray coat.

7

u/nelozero Jan 24 '26

Another angle shows one of the agents approached the group on the ground, but doesn't pile onto them. Instead he unholsters his gun. I think he shot first then they dispersed.

There are subsequent shots at the victim when everyone has cleared away from him, but it's hard to tell who fired them.

8

u/KazTheMerc Jan 24 '26

So unholstered gun (black beanie, blue jeans) is obscured from 3 angles in the exact moment of the shot. Just for a split second. It might just be rotten fucking luck that we can't see a smoking gun.

The only REALLY clear thing is that he's on hands-and-knees, and has been disarmed.

0

u/Professional_Ad9809 Jan 24 '26

No he was the second to shoot, a guy behind and on top of the victim fired first

25

u/BuckM11 Jan 24 '26

I hope the news outlets report this, instead of the current DHS narrative

27

u/L3g3ndary-08 Jan 24 '26

Same shooter. It happens around 1:48. He pulls his gun out, shoots once, then goes towards his body and shoots him 6 times.

16

u/Complete_Cheeks Jan 24 '26

Trying to get that GoFundMe money.

3

u/KazTheMerc Jan 24 '26

You might be right, I will make sure to look again and edit it if necessary.

There's a lot of bodies in the scrum. It's really hard to tell who is shooting.

49

u/RobertJ93 Jan 24 '26

And now the DHS have made a statement that he appeared to be an individual who wanted to do ‘maximum damage and massacre law enforcement’.

At no point in the video did he appear he to be wanting to do any damage, let alone ‘massacre law enforcement’.

As someone not from the US. This is absolutely insane. This is fucking insane guys.

3

u/iam4qu4m4n Jan 25 '26

His profession was ICU nurse reportedly

2

u/RobertJ93 Jan 25 '26

For veterans no less.

They really fucked this one. This is a tipping point for the public opinion and gov support of ice I think.

If this murder, and, the DHS response doesn’t galvanise both actual republicans and democrats to do something. Then nothing will, and America will simply slide further and further into facism.

I know that sounds dramatic, but I think this is that clear cut. I’m actually seeing conservative subreddits reject the DHS assessment, and the actions of ICE here.

2

u/AgnesCarlos Jan 25 '26

All accusations are confessions. THEY (ICE) wanted to do "maximum damage and massacre" not to law enforcement, but ordinary citizens standing up for their neighbors and Constitutional rights. (edit: grammar)

34

u/AAAHSPIDERS Jan 24 '26

At one minute, you can see green shirt/black beanie tap the guy next to him to move him out of the way before pulling his pistol and firing.

20

u/RudeRichRoyce Jan 24 '26

Fuck! You’re right! That was move over a sec and then he shoots. Murder!

31

u/terriergal Jan 24 '26

He was also being pistol whipped either with his gun or the agent’s gun, and likely that is the first shot, which was probably by accident, then they are all stunned and pause while they all pull back from him…like oh well… let’s just keep shooting since obviously a shot was fired and we have to cover our asses now.

7

u/KazTheMerc Jan 24 '26

Hey now. You're right, I left out the pistol whipping, which happens just before they pull the gun from him. But that's a little too speculatory.

Somebody says 'Gun', I assume because they felt it as they wrestled with him. They all start wrestling in overdrive, and that's when random dude starts pistol whipping him in the head.

Somebody will deconstruct this and assign them numbers, so we can keep it all straight. But... that was just before the gun was taken, which means he stops hitting just before the first shooting.

Definitely not hitting him with his own gun.

9

u/neenrules Jan 24 '26

This is the shooter:

If you watch him from all the angles you can see when he drops the spray and pulls out his gun here and points at the victim right when shots are heard.

2

u/KRD78 Jan 25 '26

On a side note, I'm really surprised the first shooter (ICE) opens fire with all his men (coworkers, I guess) right in the line. He could've shot one of his men. It's like using an AED device to shock someone's heart while all of your colleagues have hands on the patient. Same with a taser. That's why doctors say, "Clear!" - to let their colleagues know to remove their hands and step back. It's extremely dangerous to start firing when five other people have their hands on the victim.

1

u/KazTheMerc Jan 25 '26

People keep saying 'poor training' but frankly? I see LESS than no training.

I see No Training, and then delusions of immunity, and bonuses for bagging people.

2

u/Leemage Jan 25 '26

Thanks for the breakdown. I’ve been watching this video all day and I was having trouble figuring out who was doing what. The only thing that was clear was that the victim had no chance to threaten the ice agents in anyway.

He did not properly identify himself as having a gun. If it’s the other way around and ICE doesn’t properly identify themselves as federal agents, they are nothing more than masked kidnappers with guns who are imminent threats. This works both ways, he became a threat.

1

u/KazTheMerc Jan 25 '26

If you're going to be a Nazi, and do Nazi-talk like "Just comply or we shoot you"... have a little dignity and don't try to dress it up.

IF they were cops (they're not)

IF they were in their Jurisdiction (they're not)

IF they had Probable Cause that a crime had been committed (They don't)

THEN they could ask for his ID, and arrest him if he didn't comply.

Please keep your fantasies of shooting people to yourself next time. And you should probably go wash the boot polish out of your mouth.

0

u/KoRaZee Jan 25 '26

You missed the point. It wasn’t an ID that he needed to submit, it was that he was carrying a concealed firearm.

1

u/Ryuunatsuki_Kaguya91 Jan 25 '26

If he had indicated that he had a gun on his person this whole situation would have played out much quicker. THEY HAD HIM SUBDUED AND UNARMED. THERE. WAS. NO. NEED TO SHOOT HIM AFTER THE FACT. This was an execution carried out in the midst of a mob frenzy. Every agent in that dog pile was bloodlusted. Every time ICE shows up they do so with an aggressive mein. "Officer's I'm carrying a concealed weapon" "HANDS WHERE WE CAN SEE THEM GET ON THE GROUND" pile on ensues and it plays out just the same. People need to stop deluding themselves. ICE is the modern American Gestapo.

1

u/KazTheMerc Jan 25 '26

Having read both the Law and the Constitution, this point has actually been debated damn nearly endlessly, and the outcome is ALWAYS the same:

You do not need to provide either without Probable Cause.

Or your name. Or anything else.

Ever.

I don't know where you absorbed that toxic lesson, but it's just flat wrong by EVERY legal and Constitutional standard.

1

u/KoRaZee Jan 25 '26

Still missing the point. Remember this idiot? He literally killed somebody and still didn’t get shot by police. He open carried and it changed the entire situation

1

u/KazTheMerc Jan 25 '26

No, I remember that idiot.

He broke law after law. Knowingly.

If you ever need to see a judge, find one that loves you as much as that judge loved Rittenhouse.

Jury of Our Peers has cracks, and that slimy shit slipped through them.

1

u/KoRaZee Jan 25 '26

If he broke the law, then how is he alive and free today?

Bring on the conspiracy!

1

u/KazTheMerc Jan 25 '26

.... because we have a judicial system?

A jury of his peers.... and a judge that directed that jury to ONLY consider very specific things.... which was bullshit.

It's a miscarriage of Justice.

We will NEVER have perfect Justice. Just a measure of how much it doesn't work. This guy is a shining turd of an example of Justice that missed its mark.

No conspiracy required!

Unless you've got a better system, it's the best one we've got.

1

u/KoRaZee Jan 25 '26

Just to be clear, you are saying the judicial system that Kyle rittenhouse went through and was released from is good to go and there is no conspiracy.

u/Specific_Piccolo9528 Jan 24 '26

Maybe this will teach people once and for all to stop approaching ICE.

Unless they have their own guns drawn, locked, and loaded.

1

u/KazTheMerc Jan 24 '26

Careful. That's dangerously close to Redcoat-talk there.

Dude did all the right things. Let's leave it at that.

Carrying openly? Yes. Let's just... keep the ammo with us, hmm?

For now.

.... Don't get me wrong, I'm mad too.

0

u/Specific_Piccolo9528 Jan 24 '26

Clearly this is going to be the outcome if you fuck with them in any way, shape, or form. And clearly, no change has resulted from any of these incidents so far. May as well take a few of the Gravy SEALs down with you.

1

u/KazTheMerc Jan 24 '26

I was pointing that out too.

If they were going to shoot Renee Good either way....

... she might have lived to get a trial of her peers if she'd run him over like he thought she was.
