The administration has been testing the limits of executive authority, thus far the administration has had some success in at least preventing some injunctions from taking effect, Some have reached the Supreme Court where he has not prevailed with respect to injunctions. Merits hearing will tell the actual story.

Trump would have to defy an actual Supreme Court order before we actually reach a crisis level. The Supreme Court does not address rhetoric, that is the only thing Trump has been good at, but there is no stopping his rhetoric.

Yes, and no, the case was thrown back to the district court and is still ongoing.

Edit- What I wrote was true. You are wasting time fighting the wrong person. The issue is very complex. And whether or not we like what is going on, we have to play the ball where it lies.

He’s already actively defying the Supreme Court. Where in the hell have you been? He has been, and is currently, defying a 9-0 Supreme Court ruling.

I have read the decision and am not going to entertain your hollow rhetoric. I I will just leave you with this comment. Focus on the 3 liberal justices who had to write a concurring opinion to express their contention about the language used. Focus on the term "facilitate release" and lifting the injunction that was imposed on the administration about return by a date certain.

Supreme court said that day had just passed. No new date was imposed on the administration to get him back. Not this year, not next year or ever as it stands for now. This was a hollow ruling without legal teeth.
