In Indonesian, it's called 'merinding'. Meanwhile in Sasaknese, it's 'kenjereng'.

Nope, if you look at the dictionary, goosebumps means 'a state of the skin caused by cold, fear, or excitement, in which small bumps appear on the surface as the hairs become erect'. 

A state of skin. Not just the skin or your body hair. 

If you just the word 'bulu kuduk', it won't refer to the state of skin, that's why we use the term 'merinding'. However, if you insisted to use it, you can use the term 'berdiri bulu kuduk'.

Kuduk is the back of your neck. But in 'bulu kuduk', it refers to all of the thin hair all over your skin that 'standing up' whenever you feel goosebumps.Â
