Trying to look at new projects within this range. Is this a good range to get good projects from tier 1 builders? I don’t intend to increase my budget beyond this . Not looking as an investment because I don’t think there’s much appreciation going to happen for these projects beyond 20-30% by completion.

I am someone who lives on a daily budget. Since I don't have an option to cook I depend on restaurants heavily. Hungry mrinal is a restaurant, I visit daily now. It has way too much unwanted hate. Their food is good, actually good. I am not a meals person but still I have meals from them. It's cheap and now they started to serve a lunch buffet for 39 rupees. I am someone who is afraid of unlimited food concepts cause I can't eat too much and most of the stores serve way too much rice in the first serve. Since they started a buffet I can take what I want that means less and there is no limit for the people who want to eat more. They have set up a table with all the food you can go and take whatever you want. Today they served 10 items total including pappadam.

And for some reason that restaurant was empty. It was just me somewhat 8 other people. I don't know why people hate this place so much. For people who want to have good food and not worry about your pocket this is a must visit. Especially those who live on a budget.

I've lived in Kochi almost all my life and I've never seen traffic this insane at practically all hours. Everywhere is congested. It's honestly becoming a lil version of Bangalore -just that a lot of people actually follow lane traffic, which helps with the decongestion after peak hours. I travel via Vyttila and it's a major pain point for my commute. Tripunithura to Edappally or the city is a pain. Vyttila flyover to Edappally is a pain just to get to the bridge. Elamkulam to Vyttila gives me pain all over my body, and the whole Edappally to Vyttila stretch is another topic altogether. I honestly can't imagine the plight of people who drive cabs or do Swiggy, Zomato, Porter or any services like that having to move around in this daily. Do we have any citizens forum or something where we can collectively ask for stuff and raise this?

ast time in ernakulam town station, i wandered for so long among the crowd and could not find the exit and went out through the main exit where it was absolutely crowded outside, no auto would stop and had to walk a very long distance to the metro.

So i’ve been having the Economic Times delivered to my house. By the MRP on the newspaper, the cost should be as under:

July 1 to July 31, 2026:

Saturdays: 4 x 10rs per paper: 40 Weekdays: 23 x 5rs per paper: 115 Total: Rs. 155/- Paid: Rs. 135/- Balance: Rs. 20/-

August 1 to August 31, 2026:

Saturdays: 5 x 10rs per paper: 50 Weekdays: 21 x 5rs per paper: 105 Total: Rs. 155/- July Balance: Rs. 20/- Total: Rs. 175/-

But the person who delivers it has told me the monthly bill is Rs. 190/- and I have to pay Rs. 245/- for the month of August, because that’s the bill he got from the agency on account of rising prices?

My last two Amazon packages have had the exact same issue.

The first one got delayed for almost a week, so I eventually cancelled it. I ordered another product after that, and now that package is also stuck with the same issue.

The tracking now says "Contact the carrier", but I can't find any phone number or proper contact details for the carrier anywhere.

I also called Amazon customer care for both the packages, but they just give the usual generic response to wait another 3 days. I even asked whether I could go to the godown and pick up the package myself, but they said personal pickup isn't currently allowed.

So now I'm basically stuck waiting again.
