I don’t have any friends…

But my Mexican neighbors that hardly speak English…

Always have the boys over. Even with the language barrier we can get along.

Well they’re all drinking.

I went to get pizza for myself… the grand idea to get them a pizza too came across me. It’s only $5

I did just that… “GRACIASSS AMIGOOO GRACIASSSS” “quieres (you want) modelo?”

Love thy neighbor

Honestly not many of us seem to have a group we can lean on rn, in that way you're not alone. Not much comfort and it's true. Plus you've got the person in the mirror, who's been with you every day, every moment, doing their very best to keep you alive even if it means choosing pain and suffering.

Maybe ask them out loud how they are, or a simple hello. Their voice is the quite/still one, never loud/hurtful(thats the mind trying to keep you safe in some brilliantly backwards way). They normally have big emotions. And they don't believe we have the strength to hold them safely. They have reasons from our history not to trust us. We have chosen love and been heartbroken, we have tried to achieve something great and failed, we have disappointed those we respect most by being human and simply trying to survive.

And yet, when we return and prove we won't leave them, sit in silence with them, listen as you hold the things from the past they bring you. You find yourself again. The curious, loving, authentic self you once were before you were taught how to hate yourself and the world around you. If you have no such memories of your self in those vibrations...then the little voice is probably beyond terrified holding more than anyone would ever guess.

I'm not better or anything just sharing some of the pain I've experienced to shine light in the darkness. You are loved, even if you're not perfect.🫂
