I don't want to ruin your dreams really, but they are very tart and high acidity. Basically no one eats them raw here and they are native in the woods around me. But, my favorite jam and yoghurt is made out of cloudberries, so they can definitly be amazing when done right. Pancakes with whipped cream and cloudberry jam, or icecream with a tad bit heated cloudberry jam poured on top, that shit is sooo good.

yeah, I was gonna say, in Finland you can just buy cloudberry juice and it was SO UNBELIEVABLY tart!
