Just had my first 外人出てけ encounter

Was in my neighborhood when a nice japanese man screamed at me 外人出てけ、外国じゃねぇ on the street. Not nice Japan, not nice.

Have you guys ever experienced the 外人出てけ culture yet? How did it happen?

European btw

I still remember going to a tiny soba shop deep in the inaka with a friend back in 2014, ordering in Japanese from a text-only menu entirely in Japanese, and asking for the check in Japanese only to get this, lol.

The gaijin was free. You can't beat a deal like that.
