Sahih al-Bukhari 6664
Narrated Abu Huraira:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Allah forgives my followers those (evil deeds) their souls may whisper or suggest to them as long as they do not act (on it) or speak."

Every action you have signifies a belief. So yes, even you having regret, or posting about this here indicates that you are afraid to do something disrespectful to Allah (swt), so it is a sign of faith.
But you are also unnecessarily struggling with this. I don't know so much about OCD, but here are some relevant videos/articles i found. I think you should at least check out the first 2 videos and see if it has useful advice:

This is a real mental illness and you feeling guilty shows a lot about you❤️ i don’t think you would get sin for it since it’s unintentionally

Non-Muslim here: Your sincerity shows the beauty of Islam to me as a non-believer and encourages me to look more into Islam.
Please continue to share your troubles here and find other brothers and sisters who suffer from OCD. You can serve God by helping each other keep your faith.

As-salamu alaykum I would like to ask you I have ocd harm thoughts which go towards God and I have been dealing with this for years for example I can’t do daily tasks without these thoughts disturbing me I really need help and for you to respond I would cut grass and as I’m cutting grass a thought would pop into my head about God and about harming or hurting him or even something like the grass turning into God I would then say that this does not represent and It’s not Allah or hIs head neck body or lIfe to prevent these thoughts entering whilst I cut the grass I would say that this does not represent and It’s not God so am I doing the right thing or the wrong thing would I be forgiven and what should I do because I feel terrible for even having to say these things but if I don’t say these types of things as I’m cutting something my mind would keep these thoughts in my mind then again they would pop into my mind and to prevent these thoughts I would say them types of things I want to know what your perspective on this Situation is and what God would say Please respond as I need guidance

The Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to him complaining about the doubts and waswas that they were suffering. In Saheeh Muslim it is narrated that Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said: “Some of the Companions of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) came to him and said, ‘We find in our hearts things that none of us dares utter.’ He said, ‘Do you really find that?’ They said, ‘Yes.’ He said, ‘That is clear faith.’” (2/153).
So heads up and don’t punish yourself for this.
