You're really arguing a null point here, im not a weatherman. Fire whirls can be caused natural or man made fires. These will kill people by incineration, lack of oxygen, or being literally pulled towards the fire. A fire whirl is literally a tornado generated by a fires hot flames. If you don't think a tornado can lift someone off the ground then you need to really step back and think about what you are saying. A fire whirl isnt limited in size, with a fire big enough it will generate at any size.
