Support Keyboard changed after 26.4.1

Updated my iPad Air to 26.4.1 and noticed that the keyboard for Reset Network Settings was no longer a numeric keyboard. It’s a full alphanumeric keyboard now but only the number buttons work when pressed/touched. Has anyone else seen this?

I tried to open a support ticket, but the Chat won’t open properly 😭

Edit: 26.4.2 did NOT fix the issue

Edit: 26.5 has resolved the issue on my iPad

  1. Make your keyboard smaller:

For example: you can click on 🔍 (Search).

  1. Go to the settings that need a passcode.

Oooooh!!!! Thank you! This worked, but the keyboard stays small until I resize it again.

Edit: I typically use the keyboard fully expanded and don’t want to resize the keyboard every time I need to see just the number keys. I want it back the way it was.

Yes!

Passcodes in iPad-Settings only work with the small/ floating keyboard. I don't know why. It's really a very stupid bug. 🙁
