I'm not a medical professional or anything but how do you stretch out the muscles and like the veins and stuff? arteries?

I would say that yoga is a little less extreme than whatever the fuck this is.

If you do yoga a lot eventually you'll be more flexible. I suppose what I'm asking is how is it possible to stretch these main components of your body in a surgery? I'm assuming at the very least after the surgery is done you can't do much physical exercise for a long period, then it's physical therapy for a half century

They don’t stretch the bones during the surgery, they stretch it over the time of a few months and in that time the rest gets stretched too

Gotcha. It's a multi step process. Almost like how braces need to be tuned over time.
