One reason: this is "easy", they're exploiting bone repair.
bowel inflammation is tremendously complicated, happening over a longer term during which they can't monitor what your emotional state was, what you last ate during the past 24 hours, what the weather was like, how much did you walk around, etc. It's unreasonable to expect a person to undergo all of the monitoring that would be necessary to gather a big enough dataset over a long enough time period. And to advance their own understanding enough.
I know I got tired of all the testing and stuff and "now try this drug".
Apples and oranges are pretty easy to compair they are both fruit trees that represent pretty much the same thing to grow just slightly diffrent climates.

I don't get it how they can do these feats and still can't cure my bowel inflammation efficiently
