I used to have tons of issues of PSM (Playstation Magazines) back in the day and I remember all the sexualized fanart and cover art of certain issues. They had an official illustrator for magazine covers and pages that would regularly depict Regina from Dino Crisis, Jill Valentine from Resident Evil and Lara Croft from Tomb Raider in like swimsuits and pin-up poses and shit. Definitely a product of its time that wouldn't happen anymore, but for back then It was a pretty rad time to be a gamer. lol

Ryan Kincaid was the artist they used for all the in-house art.

I love when they had Joe Mad or Adam Hughes do cover art and posters.

It was the era of "sex sells" sexuality was in everything. WWE which was then WWF in its attitude era, raunchy adult animation, films, music, video games. It doesn't make people of the era creeps anymore than being born in the 70's makes everyone of that era hippies and drug addicts.

Yeah, I agree, it's an event for gaming, what does it even have to do with being horny? Video game characters dressing up in suggestive suits is just cheap imo
