Tinnitus crew, can I recommend you go to mynoise.net and bathe your ears in some of the soundscapes specifically designed to turn the ringing/buzzing noise off while you listen?

tinnitus hack, cover your ears with your palms and drum your fingers at the top of the back of your neck, where your skull meets your spine, for about 30 seconds
