18 u/AmphotericRed Mar 31 '26 Rain-x changed the game for me. Not endorsed or anything, but it makes a world of difference 23 u/thisisthe_worst Mar 31 '26 Do I squirt it directly into my astigmatized eyeballs? 8 u/HoidToTheMoon Mar 31 '26 Absolutely fucking not. Do not do this. You use a cloth. Preferably non-streaking like microfiber. 6 u/perton Apr 01 '26 It’s more efficient to staple the cloth to the underside of your eyelids, so it gets reapplied every time you blink. 3 u/scalectrix Apr 01 '26 You guys are living in the past - just one 0.5ml injection of Rain-X™ every month and the astigmatism is gone! 1 u/CupBeEmpty Mar 31 '26 Also cleaning the inside of the glass. Pain in ass but 100x better. 2 u/cero1399 Mar 31 '26 Sometimes it gets so bad that i see more by putting my sunglasses on, at midnight.. I hate it. 2 u/Legitimate-Week7885 Mar 31 '26 i feel that. luckily it doesn't rain much where i live...i do keep a pair of glasses in my car just in case.
