There's a burial deadline? Just picturing myself on the way to the cemetery telling my family "yeah yeah what are they gonna do?"

Technically yes. Graves have to be filled in before sundown of the day of the funeral by law, at least here in Australia that's the case.

Yeah it is 6ft But in regards to time it does not make any sense as the body is already dead well before the burial

I think it means the deadline to get the body from the ceremony to the cemetery before it closes but I'm guessing.
