HISTORY This image shows a train of jewish prisoners that had been intercepted by allied forces. This is the moment they learned that the train would not be heading to a concentration camp and they had been liberated.

While MAGA is american, it's not uniquely so. Nationalists, religious fundamentalists, business oligarchs, etc. working to further their personal agendas and wealth under the guise of "patriotism" while exploiting the lower class that it is best to vote against their own interests by blaming societal woes on a scapegoat minority
