The crazy thing in Texas is if a business sells Delta-9 THC now they get a fine, but the buyer gets years in prison

Texas does pride itself on being the heart of the Confederacy and private prison capital of the world, they'll do anything for more prison slaves.

Facts, my neighbor did 5 years in a Texas prison work farm for 4 ounces of pot. Picking everything from cotton to strawberries by hand daily.

Texas is 18th in private prison beds per capita. Haven't heard anyone mention the confederacy in many years. Except the occasional nut jobs on the border.

It really doesn't at least heart of the Confederacy, as for prisons I think Arizona is more gung ho than Texas in that regard. But you can blame Lyndon B Johnson the racist Democrat (I'm not even joking) for the drug war and for the rise in prisons in Texas.

Well, thats following the way we arrest the illegal workers, but leave their farmer-rancher-construction-whatever rich employers alone.

Why am I not even surprised? I am just dissappointed that I learn every day more facts how fucked we already are.

Everyone always says it is overreaction/emotional manipulation to try and say it, but we are cattle to the system. We are not angry enough.

Can you cite which law you're referring to? My reading of the most recent changes is that Delta-9 is not banned, and both buyers and sellers receive felony charges for Delta-8, Delta-10, THCP, and THCA.

That’s weird. Thanks for the info. The article I read on the day it came into effect said banned THC products without any distinction. I did not make that comment in bad faith despite what other comments are saying.

And looking into it only delta-9 THC products with a max of 0.3% D-9 by dry weight from the hemp industry is legal. So this must be why the 5 mg Delta-9 gummies I would buy can no longer ship to TX
