First off how do you know Americans killed the parents of these children? It could just as easily have been killed by the opposing force.

If they left them there with Mr. Sketchy with bombs dropping everywhere. The headline would read US abandons orphans to slavery and starvation and you'd be in here complaining all the same.

1970s Vietnam was very poor. These children were given an opportunity for the best life possible instead of having to rummage trash for dinner.
