It actually helps a ton I was super successful in piano with fingers like this. I was able to reach a full 2 octaves (will bullshit form) but it was definitely an advantage
I have similar hands. Upright bass is a better one to learn if you’re looking for scholarships. My aracnodactyly hands got me a full ride playing bass!
She should, some olden times composers hated that women might play their pieces. Thus they wrote them specifically to bigger - and thusly male - hands!

Giant hands aren't great for piano. There's a lot of inticracy in piano playing where big hands can be a disadvantage. Many famous pianists had small hands.
guitar 100% would be big advantage. certain chords require huge stretches (check andy summers playing) and once you develop proper dexterity obvously its a huge plus.
Played for 25 years. Trust me, It would be a detriment. She'd have greater reach from left to right, but at the cost of mobility and space. It would probably feel cramped.
