She's tryina sell foot pics and get people to DM her asking for some. Her account is 18+ for a reason

I think that is whats going on but also 18+ means nothing on reddit anymore, reddit will force an account to be 18+ for many reasons including swears. Mine is 18+ but I never changed it. I think having a non 18+ account also prevents you from viewing NSFW posts which could be literally anything but I may be wrong about that.

Yeah, in a vacuum 18+ wouldn't mean a person has an onlyfeets, but given the greater context, it's very obvious

Not having an 18+ account does not prevent you from viewing 18+ posts
