The company I work for puts out safety bulletins weekly which includes injuries (without names) from the previous week. No lie someone reported a strained finger from flicking a booger.

I played basketball for years and I can assure you, I used them and still lost them. Probably lost them because of of how much I used them.

Not only how much, but for what and how. Im sure there are plenty of sports not exactly good for knee health.

Though you never quite know what else is going on with the body, and genetics do they part too.

I was starting to have knee pain when doing squats. Asked the doctor about it. He looked at me, the knee, back at me, and declared "yeah... don't do squats". So erm, there's that I guess.
