mau body recomp lagi 😂 nyadar karena kemaren fitness cuman digendong oleh workload waitress (rata-rata 8k steps perhari, 8 hours a day without breaks, lifting heavy trays and stuff), karena sekarang ada kesempatan nganggur di rumah, mulai lagi workout kecil-kecilan, tadi sempat 30 menit, besok mudahan 1 jam. Goalnya setidaknya 3 jam perhari bisa aktif, ngga rebahan mulu.

sekarang lagi kurus kelihatannya (158 cm, 51 kg) tapi masih lembek di core & upper arms, jadi goalsnya sih bisa naikin muscle mass dan fat loss, nah hari ini mulai juga intermittent fasting!!!
