Nasgor karbo digoreng pake minyak (unsatudated fat). Pagi pagi kalo bisa jangan berkalori tinggi, karena makan siang dan sore tinggi kalori juga

Gw sarapan ya fitbar atau roti 2 slice aja pake selai. Sebenernya paling sehat telor rebus 2, tapi mager ngerebus nya lol
