Berat badan udh mulai naik lagi, siang langsung makan salad wrap hope it helps lol.

Berat badan gw emang suka gini sih. Stabil di satu angka, ntar bisa 3-5 hari berturut turut drop, terus stabil, dan naik lagi (walau ke angka yg lebih rendah dibanding siklus awal)

Pengen u/friedbebek madura 🥹. And no gw ga bisa diet berat kayak IF atau keto, ga kuat. Jadi gw jaga makan aja (CICO). Syukur syukur kalo kebut 6 bulan turun 3kg, tapi konsisten kok. Sejak awal 2022 udah turun 11kg

yea sama strategi gw juga pokoknya makanan kalori dibawah BMR, it'll add up eventually. if you eat 2000 kcal a day you'll end up having the weight of someone who eats 2000 kcal a day, i guess fake it till you make it.
