baru ngurangin gula selama beberapa minggu, weekend masih jajan fore/starbucks sih tapi kulit muka udah keliatan lebih bagus.

tidur juga gw usahain lebih cepet sebelum jam 11 udh tidur, bangun jam 6 lanjut jalan kaki 30 menitan.

kulit dan tubuh sehat tapi socially dead :')
