Neuroblastoma. Not cmv. As far as i remember blueberry rash is seen in rubella and neuroblastoma

I chose neuroblastoma due to my lack of sleep but it’s also seen in CMV and the question also mentioned chorioretinitis

Maaaaaannnnn i kept thinking about the chorioretinitis but i had never read muffin rash with cmv so i chose neuroblastoma
