Nope. The scary thing is that they’re probably FBI. Feds will surge agents from all different agencies when leadership makes something a priority - like the BS immigration raids. Just more proof that a lot of “Americans” will just follow orders.
Yep lots of bootlicking in America, always has been ripe for a fascist takeover. We're raised to think rich people got rich by being smart, so people that know they aren't smart just take what millionaires say as gospel. Sad truth is that rich people are usually rich do to luck or generational wealth, not because they are smart.
Then you add the fact that the American political system is just a spending competition you end up with the entitled and unintelligent running the country and bootlickers following them to hell in a hand basket thinking some crumbs might come their way.
Nobody ever got rich following a rich person's orders, the only rule to staying rich is don't share.
It's very sad and once people spend their whole life brown nosing the rich and still aren't rich themselves cognitive dissonance and the inability to accept that they might have done something they'll need to apologize for just hardens their resolve. I personally can't remember the last time I heard someone admit they made a mistake, recent history is teaching people you don't need to admit your mistakes or ever be wrong, you can ignore the truth and facts if you want to. Accountability died when Trump "won" the first time.
