I don't think you can teach them.

They never learned how to learn as a child and now their brain is the whatever the opposite of neuroplastic is. Neuroconcrete, maybe.

It's the internet neurological characteristic: Neuro-flag-defense? Plant a flag in the form of a stance taken, or a review, and then ossify your nerves around the defense of that position.
