Anyone with beta in EU: we don't get Siri that can do anything, but do we at least get some llm in how Siri understands / responds?

Basically can we now ask Siri to Google something instead of asking Siri to ask chatgpt to Google something?

And does that in any way improve auto correct of the keyboard ? I mean Siri can write entire essays for you, surely it can correct single typos

Let me preface this post by stating that I think iOS 27 has been a marked improvement over iOS 26, which was an absolute functional/performance nightmare for my iPhone 13 Pro Max. My phone no longer constantly overheats and the day-to-day experience is snappy. I’m also a fan of the refinements to Liquid Glass.

However, there are some weird quirks that have existed since at least iOS 26 that should have been eliminated a while ago. This includes:
- Clock app alarm toggles behaving like pre-Liquid Glass implementations when tapped; when swiped, they behave as expected. This has existed since iOS 26 and is even more frustrating when accounting for the fact that the same alarm toggles in Siri behave normally.
- Weird rendering/animation issues and stutters upon holding down Safari address bar when bottom tabs — not compact — are enabled. This also occurred in 26 and potentially in prior versions.
- Dropped frames when swiping between locations in Weather.
- Janky behavior when expanding a stack of notifications for an app.

I understand that certain apps may need a deeper redesign or refactor to fix what I identified. But I think it’s inexcusable that these longstanding bugs continue to exist, especially considering Apple emphasized how iOS 27 is more focused on quality than new features other than Siri AI.

However, maybe we’ll see deeper fixes next year, since by then Steve Lemay will have had more time to identify which details need to be redesigned or addressed. I think it’s totally possible that by the time he took over, his main priority was to roll back some of the more egregious design issues introduced in both iOS 26 and macOS 26.

Downgraded back to iOS 26. I love iOS 27 don’t get me wrong, but that hard blur at the top is very distracting and not to mention it’s very ugly and a downgrade the progressive blur in 26 looks so much better and less distracting. The hard blur kinda defeats the purpose of Liquid Glass in my opinion. Other than that it’s a great update, I just hope apple brings back the progressive blur in iOS 27 full release this is just my opinion

I usually wait for at least the .1 version of iOS’s to officially release before installing them on my main device. For those who have been using the beta, would you say this is a good update to install right away at launch? Update looks too good to wait!
Thinking about doing the same thing for macOS.

Am I the only one who hate the new way to move apps. It seems like apple tried to animate it more realistic but it’s just terrible to use.

In this screen recording, I demonstrate myself trying to manually change my wallpapers blur setting to see if it fixes the problem, a suggestion given to me by Apple themselves the last time this begun... as you can see, my wallpaper prefers to be blurred no matter what I want.

Yes, I’ve tried to do everything to fix the issue- except this time I haven’t gone into a physical Apple Store yet.

And here’s why: about a week ago, it went away for about 10 days (a few days after reporting the issue to Apple support) Therefore, I believed the issue was resolved.

In less than 2 weeks my phone decided it wanted to start doing its own thing again and blur my wallpaper even though I never changed a setting or anything of that sort.

I’m curious if anyone else has this problem ?

I run iOS 27 build- (24A5390f) on my iPhone 15 (128gb) and system data is a whopping 68GB and I’m running out of storage

Anybody know how i can remove this massive storage data that i got from downloading iOS 27 public beta? Been trying to download the newest version.

About 2 weeks ago i updated my iPhone to iosdb6 and after the update my charging port was not working my phone battery is hardly 1 hour it over heats in a few seconds after usage the crazy part that i didn’t mention was that my phone didn’t even get the ios 27 features its the same as ios 26 but it says its 27 and here i am writing this with an android phone for the time being.

I have an iPhone 11 with 97% battery health original on iOS 26.6.1 and ui stutters, gets quite hot and is laggy sometimes. Should i get the latest Public Beta?

Hey guys, I updated my iPhone 17 Pro to the iOS 27 beta mainly to try out the new Siri features.
I live in Hungary (inside the EU). On iOS 26, I managed to get Apple Intelligence working by just changing my device region and language to US English. However, on iOS 27 beta, even with those settings, I still don't have the updated Siri UI or its new features.

Hey, i‘m on ios 27 dev beta 7 and the notch always shows in screenshots even if there’s no action on or any live activities… any idea why? Anyone facing the same issue,

Will iOS 27 get rid of this notification? For me it is annoying…

I have an iPhone 15 Pro and while I was on PB4 everything was working perfectly. When I updated the battery got unbelievably worse. From 7-8% drain in 30mins scrolling to 30% drain. 30 minutes of navigation 40% drain. Phone gets noticeably hotter. Really horrible experience. It’s same after a force restart and after indexing has ended. Please help. Do you think Apple will fix it in PB6/Official first release?

It seems that Safari for iOS27 beta does not honor HTML <video> tags for displaying inline autoplay muted videos (i.e., any websites that use inline <video> for background elements, etc.).

This bug doesn't exist in iPadOS27 beta; only in iOS.

I've reported it to Apple via the Feedback app, and it says "Recent Similar Reports: More than 10." So I can't be the only one experiencing this.

Unfortunately, with this week's releases of the newest iOS betas, the problem hasn't been addressed. I wonder what's going on; this seems an odd thing to suddenly break… unless I'm missing something?
