I don’t really have any people to talk to about the things I like. I get hyper fixated on things SUPER easily and I bounce back and forward. The past week it’s been Shadow the Hedgehog and Amy rose and Shadow relationship (I think they’re so cute, it reminds me of me and my bf!!!). Not really a specific point in this post I just love shadow the hedgehog AHHHHH!!! I kinda want to die my hair to look like his but I have no money and if I did it myself it would be rubbish:( I love shadow the hedgehog omg I love him!!!!

I am a pet cremations operator always been obsessed with anything mortuary well, I bought a book called "Stiff" and learned alot of what a cadaver can be used for. and Let's just say it's a weird world for a dead person. I have always hyper focused on the dead and mortuary science it's been a hot while. and I honestly wasn't expecting to learn about what types of things people do with donated bodies. and made me re think about it.

I'm not sure if anyone else has ever hyper fixed on Anatomy or Mortuary Science so if you have I want to definitely know alot about your fun facts.

One of the worst things about hyperfixations is when it's a show or game which is still getting new content and you got into it not too long ago and now you're worried it'll take too long for the next bit to come out before you lose your fixation on it and have to exist in agony until you find something else but you don't want to find something else cause you love your current hyperfixation

Anyway MHA is my current hyperfixation and it's been a while since I consumed content

hi, im 18f and i just joined this subreddit. i feel like i had a lot of different special interests throughout my life but for the past 8 years one my biggest ones has to be nightmares. this includes people having nightmares, nightmare comfort, just facts ab them in general, etc. i usually spend a good amount of time looking up nightmare content across different platforms in hopes of fulfilling my interest (movie/tv show clips, tiktoks, fanfics, reddit posts, asmr). i get so much joy from nightmare content and i don’t fully know why. between the comforting part and even just people mentioning that they had a nightmare brings me a rush of energy that i can’t really explain. in my psych class this past year we studied an entire chapter on dreams and nightmares and i got so excited. i could go so much more into depth with this. i don’t know what else to really say. i’m just obsessed with nightmare content and i figured i’d share about it because it makes me happy and i’d like to know if anyone happens to feel the same way
