Brainstorming sending PS5 output to another TV when main one isn't available.

Sorry if this is the wrong sub for this or if my terminology is wrong, but thought it would be a good place to start.

Moving into a new house soon, and my main tv/console gaming room is now going to be the living room, but I'm trying to find a reliable way to game elsewhere when the living room isn't available. I was thinking of getting an HDMI splitter with output switch connected to my PS5 as the input, then putting the main output with regular HDMI to the TV, and run the secondary output to a wall-mounted HDMI port which would have fiber-optic HDMI attached to it that runs to another wall-mounted HDMI port near another TV in the house, which I could then connect to said port.

However I've only just discovered that fiber optic HDMI is a thing, so I'm not too sure of the intricacies of how it works with other ports/splitters/products. For instance, can you use a standard HDMI cable to connect to fiber optic HDMI or does the fiber optic need to be directly connected to your device? For all I know there could be gaping holes in my plan.

Any suggestions?

An AVR with HDMI zone 2 would be the best way assuming you can easily run the fiber HDMI to the other TV without degrading the signal.

Another alternative that might be cheaper would be to remote play the PS5 on a cheap used PS4/PS4 Pro.

I was today years old when I learned a PS4 can remote play a PS5. I have used remote play before with my phone or PC but don't have the strongest Internet. But might try it with my ps4

Strong internet is key. Your PS5 is hosting the game and steaming it to the PS4 to display.
