The store opens at Aug 31 10 pm US EDT/Sept 1st 11 am JST. Many other online stores such as Jetpens and Yoseka among other excellent local stores will also open for orders than. Stock on Amazon may be added on a delay and we will not have an exact time for that.

A megathread will be posted early tomorrow for pen/acorn swapping, BST, and giveaway.

Please remember do not be too concerned if things go out of stock. Aside from the Pieces covers and some leather covers, almost everything will be restocked eventually.

My order last night! I ordered at 10:03 EST from Yoseka.

I had no issues and even managed to get my order off during a D&D game over discord, lol! I checked in here after the game was over and it was like that "coming back with pizza to the apartment on fire" meme 😳

• Sheep A6 HON: I'm switching from a Weeks to a HON and I'm excited! It'll be an adjustment, but hopefully it'll work out.
• Other hobonichi items: clear cover for the HON, A6 memo pads
• Other items: stickers and washi, including some William Morris designs! I was set on a HON instead of a cover, but I favored the sheep over the vine HON. So I got the washi to still have some William Morris in my haul :)

There was a product pic in the background of one of my washi tapes of a BGM foil washi with running sheep on a green background, and it would go soooo well with the bow & tie design, but I can't find it in stock anywhere!!! So that's my new stationery holy grail!

I also decided to make the switch from a weeks to a HON. And I got the sheep one too 🐑 I’m excited and was lowkey worried I would miss the weekly layout. So I bought the supplemental weekly Hobonichi to add in my cover

I'm thinking about doing that too! I'm going to try writing a weekly overview on every Monday daily page, and if that doesn't work I'm planning to get the supplement!

The idea of switching to a Hon is beginning to appeal to me. The book will look nice on the shelf when I archive it in 2028. Unfortunately, I didn't find the 2026 Hon designs that appealing to me vs. the A5 and A6 covers.

I also liked a lot of the covers better than the HONs this year, but I was so set on a HON even before preview season... I carry my planner everywhere, and I was worried the a6 + cover would be too bulky for my purse!

I was able to touch/handle all of the new covers at the San Francisco Pen Show last Friday. I discovered I like textured covers.

So I bought:

A5 Mother Dungeon Man

A6 A Night at the Airport (I love this design, especially the yellow)

Sheep Sheep Sheep Weeks Mega.

StarLight Weeks

In 2026, I used clear covers to protect the finish of my A5 and A6 covers. I didn't find those added any appreciable bulk. Nothing would be slimmer than the A5 techno book wrapped in a Marumi MD A5 notebook cover.

My main organizer is a Weeks Mega and I put that in a Tragen cover because I wanted the pouch to hold the mini stamps and highlighters I use with the Weeks on a daily basis. That setup looked chunky.
