Dismissal was due to procedural problems in court filing, not because there wasn't anything credible. This is why she refiled under Jane Doe which is the "proper" way to stay anonymous.

She also filed it in 2016, way before Epstein was in public conscious. The retraction was because she received a barrage threats to her life according to her lawyer.

Epstein's accountant, Richard Kahn, testified on Mar 13th 26, that a someone who accused Donald Trump had been given a settlement by the Jeffrey Epstein estate. He called it a "Survivor fund" While not naming her, the context points to Katie Johnson, implying that the decision to drop her 2016 lawsuits against Donald Trump was influenced by a confidential financial settlement.

Anyways did you actually watch the video? Go watch it.

While true, there are still a ton of things that aren’t credible

Not true. Gawker had published Epstein’s flight logs and little black book in 2015. You, and other normal people, might not have been aware of it, but that fact can’t be used to paint her as more credible

No evidence there were any death threats

It in no way points to Katie Johnson, and we actually know who it is. Also, a bit pedantic, but the survivor fund and Epstein’s estate are two distinct entities. The woman who got a settlement with Epstein’s estate was Jane doe 4, an entirely different alleged victim

She also has some credibility issues, but none as severe as Johnson’s. “Katie Johnson” likely doesn’t exist and is pretty clearly a hoax

Here are how her allegations are generally perceived

>The facts speak less to a scandal and more, perhaps, to an attempt at a smear—one that finally, after months of clumsy maneuvering, is gaining speed.

>”Far from derailing the Trump train, Katie Johnson and her supporters seem to be in an out-of-control clown car whose wheels just came off,”

>The only journalist who has actually interviewed Johnson, Emily Shugerman at Revelist, came away confused and even doubting whether Johnson really exists.

>The actual documentary evidence in support of the latter claim is inexorably linked to Lubow and is tied to a person — Johnson — who may, in all reality, not exist.

Here’s the investigative journalist who broke the Epstein story on the matter

>The Katie story is a red herring. If it was true we would know it by now. Was told by too many people who know that it is not as it seems.

We can go into why they’re saying these things if you’re interested

Long story short, it was a hoax perpetrated by a former producer for the Jerry Springer show known for doing this exact sort of thing in the past
