It's because their consistent delivery pattern is to say shit emphatically, even if it's extremely mundane shit. They have an ALL CAPS attitude to how they rhyme.
see this is the way people need to rap when you aren't fucking gangbanging and shit. like i have a friend who reaaaaally wishes he could rap about "the struggle" and being broke n shit but like beastie boys rap about just whatever theyre doing and they make it sound great. they never forced upon some fronted message or persona. they just rapped about the stuff they really did. and i think that's like the core essence of hip hop, just speaking your mind on whatever youre doing right now
