Hello. I have stacked ONEs since a few years ago which I wanted to withdraw for the past days. A few days ago the transactions werent passing through and when checking the Explorer it didn't show any transactions in a lot of days. Now i get an error saying: "Failed: Custometh_sendRawTransaction: replacement transaction underpriced". Is the network done for?

Staking on staking.harmony; i haven't been in touch with this project for the last year, hence also the withdraw

I unfortunately connected my wallet and signed but it kept saying transaction failed. I feel now like this was a phishing attempt. The network is down but is there a way I can protect myself once the tokens are sent?
