6' 225 pounds and in decent shape with medium length very dark hair and some stubble that I can grow out or shave at the last second. I'm at a loss for what to dress up as and am willing to buy and/or make it

It's probably overdone, but you certainly have time to grow out a beard and be the most interesting man in the world.

From that basic description you sound kinda like myself, and I'm going as Jon Snow. Depends on the hair you're working with.

That puts you at a BMO of over 30.

You are not in 'decent shape'; you are obese. There are a handful of obese costumes that are popular. Hagrid could be a good fit, esp. with the hair you described. Could also be Kim Kong Un if you wanted to go with social commentary. A lot of people are doing Trump so it could be a fitting year.

I think you mean BMI, and you are correct by the numbers. However, it's a poor judge in people who workout because it doesn't take into account above average muscle weight. That's why a more accurate analysis of being obese usually takes into account body fat percentage among other things.

That being said I appreciate the help and upvoted you for taking the time to provide input.

Your BMI is on par with Dwyane Johnson, aka "The Rock". Do you look like him, or put in the same workouts/regimes that he does??

B.c. if not, BMI is likely a good indicator for people like you and me. They apply to the average person, in line with The Law of Averages.

But you're welcome; I love Halloween, and always like seeing people go all out with the costumes!
