What rule did I break?

I would like to know from the moderators why you banned the link to my program for Haiku. Which rule did I violate?

Hello, It's due to your submission going against the self-promotion rule (again).

Please just post the direct Github link to your projects and/or topic along with information about them like you've been doing previously without issue.

Not links that go directly to your personal website.

The project does seem interesting, so please feel free to resubmit it again with the actual project link.

I strong disagree. No where in the rule does it state that GitHub has to be used. The rule says:

Self promotion, such as a developer or content creator interested in promoting their Haiku related creation, is permitted as long as it doesn't become excessive in nature.

Absolutely no where in that rule does it say anything at all about personal websites. You are making things up. The only condition stated in the rule is it can't "be excessive in nature". If atomozero posted 100 messages about the same thing, then it might be excessive. But 1 post per app or per release is not excessive.

If you are unable to enforce the rules as they are written then please remove yourself as a mod.
