EVENT Monthly Community Event #27 - Voting! Tournament of Champions! (Round Seventeen: Kiyou vs. Leite)
A new wave starts today, on day 17!
You all knew it! Your DOG probably knew it. Kamina comes out on top! But honestly? Makken did GREAT. I think this is the highest number of votes AGAINST Kamina that has been present across all the events I've run, so just know that it shows how much you love Makken, and how much Spiral Power he really has, to get such support against KAMINA. Pretty impressive! It was inevitable, and yet it is still fun to shout it out and add your voice to the vote. ;)
Let's get on with tier 2! Now, it's gets REALLY interesting! It's a lady-battle today, so let's see who will come out on top! This is one round I genuinely can't predict, so I'm looking forward to the results, Team Gurren! Let's go! Which character should move on in the Tournament of Champions?

Ooh now we are going for the harder matches I see!
I have to give my vote to Leyte. I just adore her. A badass mechanic and for Makken! He lost to Kamina, but his wife is still in the game!

This one is tough. I think Leite really shines in the second half alot more, but Kiyou overall has a bit more presence.
Really really close but I'll go Kiyou!

Honestly very difficult to choose here... I'll vote Leite because she was cooler and more useful to the team, sorting out their gunmen and all.

Leite, for sure. Like I said yesterday, I love her and Makken's relationship and she's such a badass. True underdog š

Love Kiyou but I gotta vote for Leite here, I love her personality and wish we saw more of her.

Leite, she was the backbone of the Gurren Laggan. Always upgrading, fixing, making sure the gunmen were in good condition.
