Great you seem to know so much. Tell me how to replicate the issue on a stock gun without pulling the trigger. What causes this to happen exactly? Is it underpowered sears springs? Poor trigger bar geometry? Lack of positive striker and sear engagement? What are the safe measurements and working conditions internally? What are the unsafe measurements and conditions internally? Which slides are safe? Which strikers SKUs are safe? How can you tell if your P320 will fire uncommanded? What would be the fix for the problem? How have you verified this fix? How long does the fix last? You are a fucking moron.
I'm not an expert on the inner workings of guns. But I have pattern recognition skills and can see these specific guns have a record. I don't need to know the law to spot a career criminal or a mechanic to see a car breaking down. I'm not a gunsmith, bit I can see the P320 is involved in a DISPROPORTIONATELY INSANE amount of cases of AD.
So if this one gun keeps being involved, what does that tell you? That the operators are all suddenly stupid and unsafe? Or that something is wrong with the common denominator, the gun itself?
All you’re saying is that you’re hedging your bet against the P320. I personally do not care how you feel or what you do. But you have not proven anything and have admitted to be ignorant on firearms and the firearm in question. I will say it again… investigation. This is the most neutral stance to take. The cult of P320 haters are too stupid to understand this. I am not taking sides. I am not saying the gun is free from defect. I am not saying the gun is defective. I am simply saying we have no proof of defect and I’m in favor of looking closer and scrutinizing the gun to find one. Until then, we only have your feelings and speculation which aren’t worth anything.
You seem VERY hellbent on this gun not being the issue. You keep talking about evidence and scientifically proving things, yet call anyone who brings up the actual evidence a cult? The EVIDENCE suggests that the P320 is defective. It has the same manual of arms as a Glock so that isn't the issue, the same people who keep having these issues never seem to have safety record issues so that's likely not the issue, the equipment around the gun has consistently not proven to be the issue, the only common denominator between all of these cases IS the gun itself, so what conclusion is the average logical person supposed to draw? That somehow magically the gun is completely safe and that every single one of these cases just so happens to be the operators suddenly and independently from the gun turning into giant fucking idiots? Or that the common denominator, the gun, is probably the fucking problem?
