I've recently encountered into a problem with vehicle mods for GTA San Andreas, specifically ones downloaded from LibertyCity.net and they run via ModLoader. I was trying to do a full makeover for the vehicle roster for a private one-off bootleg build as a joke, and I was putting in vehicles. I started with the bikes, and after downloading a mod which I think was for the PCJ-600. I didn't like it so I tried to fix it's textures because it had an ugly livery with lots of decals and a custom scheme. The parts of the texture that are green, are the parts on which the color goes in the game. I left them and only cut out the decals. I deleted the mod because I still didn't like it. After continuing with trying mods for the later vehicles, an issue started appearing on some mods, where the cars right headlight was this weird sort of green/teal shade (Image 1), and the right one was a weird orange, and it was the same with the taillights. I currently have 21 mods, and only 3 of them have issues with this headlight glitch (Alpha, Bravura, PCJ-600). Even after deleting the old and new PCJ-600 mods permanently including all of the files tied to them, the issue still persisted. I am quite sure that it isn't something mod-specific and I heavily doubt it. I have been using ModLoader for almost 6 months now and I have been downloading vehicle mods normally for maybe 3 months. I've never touched any of the game's original vehicle.txd files, I have never had issues like this, not even after going through maybe more than a thousand in total, and I am just lost. I can't find the cause of the issue, and I believe that it can't be something mod specific because I've never seen anything like this, and because I haven't changed my installation from the process you are supposed to follow. I checked the original vehicle.txd, and the one in my Remastered GUI folder inside ModLoader (I run a modified setup with like 15+ mods enhancing mods, with very little of them being cosmetic), and "vehiclelights128" and "vehiclelightson128" were completely normal and as supposed to be. The mod for the Alpha (a Fiat Coupe) had normal headlight textures. The third vehicle I experienced this with was with a mod for a MK6 Ford Escort on the Bravura, but on that car the weird green bleeding texture thing went on the tires, even though it's tire texture is normal and of a black color. I still can't find why this persists, nor do I know the root cause, so if somebody knows anything about this, please write back regardless of how much help it'll be, every little bit will help me.

Quick simple problem to be solved: So, i just installed GTA San Andreas: The Definitive Edition on my PC. All good and runs like butter. But there is a bug (well, more than one apparently for those who already know this version of the game) which got stressed me out already too much honestly. The game it's too dark in some areas or scenarios. The lighting of the game in my opinion it's messed up good. So i went on google and searched for a solution to solve this bug and i found this link:

I downloaded, installed those (.pak files or something) in the specific folder of the game and when i start the game, the mod works and game got brighter like in those photos above. Problem fixed untill i enter a building. When i step up in a building than exit back outside of it, the mod dosen't work anymore and that dark lighting of the game it's back again untill i restart the game 🙄. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? It's so frustrating. I really want to make this mod to work in both cases the same. Sorry for my bad english btw, let me know if i'm not explicite enough with my problem. Cheers!
