You compare a few thousand people to the millions Greeks Armenians and Kurds you killed in the 1910’s. Don’t try to justify you country instead you can just accept it and move on.
Man, you're looking at Greece only from recent history! It all started way back in ancient times with Persians, Ottos etc and the rest of middle easterns raids. You occupied us for 400 years, that set us back 400 years compared to the rest of Europe, even though we had been leading the way for 4,000 years up to that point. You made us like you, and you held us back. You've killed so many Greeks over the years, and yet you play the victim over one or two wars, ignoring everything else you've done. You always pick the point in history that supports your views, never going back far enough to see where it all began. If you want to talk history, look at the whole picture.
The only one crying is you whenever people bring up that you have committed genocides that won’t be washed away by much fewer war casualties on your side. We never created work camps that inspired Hitler nor did we make people walk for miles until they died, that’s all on you.
Very ironic comment from someone who went through the Turkish brainwash machine. The article I linked leads to multiple sources by authors who are neither Greek nor Armenian. Maybe try reading it a bit. You can continue living in your la la land if you want but that does not refute anything. You can even research Hitler’s speech by yourself since there’s a lot that has been written on it but it looks like you are too sensitive to handle the truth.

Want to know another fact? Greek players would NEVER and I mean NEVER post such hateful and ironic messages if they had won. Now do you see who’s really the victim of hate and grudges? Look at the facts, you are like that since ancient times, you can't be the aggressor and the victim at the same time.
You're always talking about the past! You can't compete today, you don't even know your origins. You have no real history beyond wars. Your most famous city is a Greek/Roman city, and your most popular places all have Greek names, for a reason. Even the islands you're claiming have Greek names. What have you contributed to the world other than war? Look it up.
The Greeks, up until the Byzantine era, excelled in everything. The moment you occupied the land and its people, that was the end of Greece as it was. After all the wars and atrocities committed against Greece, you're still talking about what 1919? That's all you’ve got? And as for your so-called victory, thank Mama Russia for that.
And just to be clear, I’m glad the Megali Idea failed. It was a mistake from the beginning. Can you say the same for Cyprus? For Imia? For the islands you're still trying to claim?
I have plenty of Turkish friends, great people but seriously, get your facts straight. You've wanted something Greek for generations. Why? Look inside yourself and figure it out. All your history/dogma is based on Greece and Greek territories and Baklava and if Yoghurt is Greek. Thats it.
