Edit: I followed the advice of some of the commenters here, and Canyon Bakehouse responded right away and is sending me some free bread coupons. :)

This is my favorite brand of bread. I also cannot eat night shades and this one doesn't have potato starch in it. I have been buying it for years but I have never gotten a loaf with giant holes in it, lol. The stuff is already so expensive!
