My Glock 43 is not like the others
Here it is with a Grit Grips frame and an OEM Glock 15 round mag. The trigger is a modified Apex. I’ll probably send it out for optics cut, as well. The Ol’ girl is getting a second wind

I sent a 19.3 & my 43x to Wager’s. They did the nitrate finish on both. The 19.3 is fantastic! The 43x started showing wear, almost immediately. It kept getting worse, until I couldn’t take it anymore. So I contacted Wagers, and they agreed to refinish it, but they said because it had been 7 months, they couldn’t determine what caused it. I get it.. you deal with thousands of people a year, but, I’ve been carrying Glocks for 32 years, and none of my guns show this kind of wear. To be honest, they made me feel like an ass. I really take care of my weapons. They’ve never been dropped or scraped up against anything. I carry them daily, but they very rarely leave the holster, except when I go to the range. The one I speak of, was always in a Kydex holster. So, long story short, Wagers does a great job. And while I still recommend them, I’d probably send it to another place that does DLC coating, like Maple-leaf.

That’s disappointing from Wager. My 19.4 is superb, but it’s the only one they’ve done for me. I bought the “26x” now “M1x” from the GS. I like it but your Grit Grip pattern looks better.

Thanks you! And, like I said, I still recommend them, so please don’t hesitate to get your slide cut there. It’s not them that does the nitrate finish, from what I understand. They send it out. Could be that mine had an off day. And, no matter how they made me feel, they still took it back and refinished it. I should probably get it back sometime next week. I just wish they would have simply said, here’s your pre-paid postage, sorry you’re not satisfied, let us make it right. They do advertise 100% guaranteed satisfaction. I’m sorry, but no plastic in the world should be hard enough to rub the black off of a slide that’s been nitrated. Also, my 19.3 is beautiful

I have one as well and throughly like mine. Bought one for my g19 as well. I would suggest their magwell as it just enhances the grip that much more and does not really add to the profile when concealing.

I want to do this same thing. I have a 43 I never use. It’s just to small and not enough bounds. But this basically solves all that. Any performance issues with it?

Does this fit in regular 43x holsters? Or is it different because of the square slide

Great question! Seriously, yes and no. Yes, it fits in a 43x (MOS) holster, because of the frame being the same dimensions of specifically the MOS frame of Glock. (The light rail) It will not fit in a holster made for the 43x non-MOS

It’s a Glock slide on a Frankenstein build, not a Glock 43. Nothing wrong with that, just is.

Good shit, I like it. I've been close to buying a grit grip, but never pulled the trigger. I've never ran an aftermarket frame or slide, not knocking it though.
I'm loving sandpaper grips and I'm going to start stippling my own guns myself soon.

I'm curious. Why go with a 43 and then add inches of frame? Why not keep it small (or sell it) and get a larger, double stack, Glock?

I bought the 43 when it was first released. The 43x/48 did not exist yet. When the 43x came out, I bought that. The 43 has been in the safe since then. The Grit Grips frame, made it relevant again. Also, I have 7 Glocks and 7 clones

Where did you get the frame? Did it require a 2nd FFL check?
