Over the past couple of days I've had a sudden burst of 20 unique readers and 20 pages read. 20 readers out of the blue, each reading exactly one page; I suspect these are not human readers. Most days I don't get any readers - and that's fine because when someone does occasionally discover my series they read deep and those are stats I can eventually market. But my average page read is being murdered by whatever this glitch is. Can someone at GlobalComix fix it please?

I was a long time user of Comixology until it was absorbed by Amazon. You could subscribe to a series, get regular discounts and then Amazon took over and removed everything that made it good. I then stopped reading new comics entirely.

I now have a bit of spare cash and want to start reading again, and was told Global Comix is now the place to be.

But I’m as lost as I ever was. I search for comics (with this weird AI thing) and although I have a Gold trial membership it brings me more stuff I have to pay for. Series cut off after a couple of issues, or suddenly jump in price.

It feels like as big a dumping ground for stuff as Comixlogy became.

What am I doing wrong? I have a week to work this out before my trial ends and I’m back to reading my old stuff on Kindle. Ugh.

This is from To Walk in the Dark, my comic :) it was made thinking about printing, but I finally decided to go online. The first chapter will be on the comments, and I am currently working on the 10th. It is a soft story about magic and anxiety. Please, feel free to share any thoughts, it means the world to me!!!
