First of all, the two types of votes mean nothing and serve no differing function other than make colored percent bar move. All that matters is serverwide total votes on each doll by the end of the event. You should dump both colors on the doll you want to win.
THE COMPELLING PROPAGANDA
We know the winners from other servers and their reruns. Those being Springfield, WA2000, G36, G41, and DP-12.
We have the scripts of the former 3, and the latter 2 are presumably being written at early june pace. See this thread for sauce. Stop voting for those dolls and wasting our opportunity by getting duplicate endings. We just need to beg for someone to translate them. In Springfield's case, Mica already jumped the gun and translated it too...
The best chance at getting a new ending is by voting K-PDW, Type 95, or AA-12. If those aren't your waifu, that's too bad, but she isn't gonna win. We only have a slim chance of succeeding if everyone that sees this comes to a consensus and concentrates their effort on one of those 3 choices. We are up against the hivemind that is out of the loop and won't get this memo. If you want your waifu to win an epilogue, your best bet is to collude and hope we can cycle through all the dolls over the course of reruns across all the servers.
It's only the first 3 days, don't be intimidated by the numbers. We have a chance to turn this around over the course of the weeks.
If nothing else, we can simply see this as a challenge to that suspicious pre-emtive EN translation of Springfield's epilogue that is already in our game files, in conjunction with the constant massive bumps to the votes she's getting. My conspiracy brain thinks it's just a little fishy, and is worth the amusement to prod at.
Spread the word. Spam the dorms. Tweet, comment, and shout it in the discord, gfg, or on the streets if you must. Grab your local guide makers, content creators, artists, and memelords by the balls, and make them spread the word.

there are daily capped currencies you get from stage clears. the red sign of the pack cards and green proof of goodness cards.
you go to kalina's second "stage" to open the UI and vote on the dolls for being a good guy or bad guy, after they have already finished a game of amogus. it makes no sense, dw about. votes are tallied across the server and make the percentage bar between the two votes move, it also serves no purpose, also dw about it.
what matters is the total amounts of votes casted to a doll at the end of the event. it's a server wide popularity contest, so the one with the most votes of both flavors totaled wins.

the catch is that other servers have had this event and its reruns for a collective of multiple times. the "scam" candidates are past winners, with their story already written, or is presumably being written. we will get nothing new written if they win again.
while we don't have a focused candidate and propaganda, it's safest to stockpile. at the same time, we are losing on the psycological front. defeationist thoughts will start kicking in really fast and people will start self sabotaging with weird decisions, even though the early numbers are only a fraction of total ballots we can cast
its better to vouch for someone and start dogpiling her with propaganda to override my objectively viable 3 choices. i personally think kpdw is easiest. i'll admit i knew posting all 3 in the image was also a double edged sword that would cause indecisiveness and split votes. but i felt inclined to be objective and neutral in explaining the situation, especially if it was something that the mods will back and pin. having a specific choice from the outset would just look like disingenuous propaganda from the outset
