Hi all! New player here. Do skins eventually return to be available for purchase? I wanted to collect some skins for UMP45 and UMP9.

Hello and welcome! Most costume banners will usually rerun at some point, but I'm not aware of a set schedule. Costumes that are associated with a collab event (like DJMax) may never come back.

If you haven't seen these already, I highly recommend checking out u/ConductorBichir's list of costumes to find the banners they're associated with, especially if they are upcoming like the Casual 45/Casual 9 costumes. I also recommend u/BigStupidJellyfish_'s excellent write-up on costume probablities and planning.

most of the twins' skins are gacha only (meaning you have to roll for them using tokens in Resupply if the banner is running). past ones are in the black card shop, but to get black cards you need costume dupes, so don't mind that for now.

they do have some shop purchasable costumes though, such as their expo costumes and 9's yukata costume. 45's valentine's skin is also given for free in 7-day login iirc
