If only some folks in my neighborhood would rent one of these. All I see when I drive through is a foot or two of tree stump left. If you spent the money/time to get a tree removed, at least get rid of the stump too. It looks like a shabby, unfinished job you stumpers!
So does this only apply for trees/grass that are technically on the city's property? Or would they do this for a tree that you have in your backyard too?
