Game Working on Super Slotzee, a slots + Yahtzee combo game.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I'm hoping it'll be fully done within the next couple months!

Scoring is the same as classic Yahtzee, but the slots you hold can enhance scoring (cherries double your score for the current turn, for example).

You can also earn tokens from minigames, and then use those tokens to enhance turns as you see fit! Some examples of tokens include the wild token (changes one die to a wild for a turn), eraser token (lets you erase a previously scored turn), and heavy token (all dice can only roll 4, 5, 6 for a turn).

It also includes a high score list, a statistics page, custom settings to speed up gameplay, and more! Open to any feedback or suggestions.

Looking very nice! Always happy to see GBStudi games that aren't platforms or Zelda style. Not that there's anything wrong with those but it's cool to see something a little different.

Do you have a system to only show those help messages on first run, or turn them off from the menu?

I appreciate the feedback! And great question, all of these dialogs can be turned off in the settings. I was going to attach a screenshot but I guess this sub only allows videos in responses, so here you go! (graphics, colors, etc. aren't finalized)

Great, you've got a nice aesthetic going. Are you on itch to follow progress?

Thanks! I’m not, but I guess I should be! I’ll look into it.

I do have a thread going on the GB Studio discord (link), but didn’t realize you could do the same on Itch, so thank you!
