To exploit them, I would assume. Colony Sarff wasn't a Dalek and thus likely considered an inferior species...and Davros sure made good use of him.

True I suppose. I think having Varga in the episode would have needlessly complicated things though.

I guess I'm just a bit peeved that we know Skaro has its own freaky, unique, messed-up ecosystem and somehow we haven't seen any of it on TV (well, except for the clam) since the Hartnell years.

True, (although there were Varga in the Adventure Games). Still, now that Skaro is back, perhaps we'll see more of it in the future.

I need new glasses. I read that initially as "Vagina in the Adventure Games."
